• Territories and initiators of Passeurs d’images

  The projects “ PASSEURS D’IMAGES ” take place within an identified territory : a district, a town, a city, a canton, a country… Territories subscribed to an Urban Contract for Social Cohesion (CUCS) are favoured. A special attention will be brought to all 215 districts concerned by the action program entitled Dynamique Espoir Banlieues (“Dynamics Hope Suburbs”), DEB, planned between 2009 and 2012 (List of all 215 districts).
