At a national level, Kyrnéa International works as the interlocutor for all institutional, community and professional partners. Kyrnéa International runs the network of partners, produces all communication and information material, ensures consistency of all operations and works to extend them to new audiences.
Each region possesses a regional coordination, commissioned by the Regional Cultural Affairs office. This is the point of convergence for all the partners taking part in the operation (resource persons in the field, communities, associations, film professionals and other participants) and an essential link between national partners and local authorities.
Regional coordination can be provided by regional associations, professional film organizations, cinemas, further education federations… At a local level, towns have an intermediary or an operator that coordinates the event.
Many public or private partners are involved in covering and supporting “Passeurs d’Images” regional actions : regional press, radio stations and televisions, banks, mass-market retailers… These partners support all regional coordinations and field actions directly.
